»» I wanted to extend a huge thank you to you and Greg for the training session last week. We all got a huge amount out of it and found it very easy to apply to our daily lives the moment we returned to our desks. I know that I have used it to write an award entry, Kate has used it, Dan Hagen and Gavin to date. It is hard to get people to give up a day of their time but I know that we all felt it was worthwhile.
